Daily Classwork Quarter 2
Below you will find the classwork assignments along with a summary of what we did in class. If you are absent, you will refer to this page the day/night you are absent to get your assignments so that they will be completed upon your return.
Quarter 2
11/12 - The students began working on the Progressive Era DBQ. It is located within an assignment created on Teams as well as below this post.

11/13 - The students continued to work on the Progressive Era DBQ from the previous day.
11/16 - The students completed the Two Week Cut off Notice Microsoft Form within an assignment created on Microsoft Teams of the same name. This notice informs the students that every assignment for the remainder of the year will close after two weeks and you will not be able to make it up except for certain circumstances.
11/17 - The students reviewed the Gilded Age by watching the documentary Gilded Age: Just the Facts. The documentary is located below. The students had to answer a series of guiding questions that are also located below.

11/18 - The students finished the Gilded Age: Just the Facts review documentary.
11/19 - The students went over the questions from the Gilded Age review documentary from the last two days.
11/20 - The students completed any necessary make-up work as well as completed the Happy Thanksgiving assignment located on Teams.
11/30 - The students watched the documentary The Century: America's Time - The Beginning: Seeds of Change and answered a series of guiding questions. This serves as a review for the Progressive Era. The week before Thanksgiving Break the class reviewed the Gilded Age, now the Progressive Era, and next we will move into Imperialism and WWI. The documentary is located below. The guiding questions are also located below.

12/1 - The students are to finish the review documentary from the previous day.

12/3 - The students used today's class to complete any missing assignments they may have.
12/4 - The students completed the Gilded Age/Progressive Era review quiz which is in a Microsoft Form within Teams.
12/7 - The students began the Gilded Age/Progressive Era Review quiz that is posted in Microsoft Teams.
12/8 - The students finished the Gilded Age/Progressive Era Review Quiz that is posted in Microsoft Teams.
12/9 - The students completed the America Enters the World Stage Assignment that is posted in Teams. The reading for this assignment is located in Canvas. The guiding questions are located in a Microsoft Form within the posted assignment. It is do on 12/10
12/10 - The students finished the previous days assignment.
12/11 - The students began working on the US Territorial Expansion assignment that posted to Teams. The reading for this assignment is located in Canvas and the guiding questions are in a Microsoft Form located within the posted assignment.

12/15 - The students read The Great War on Canvas (03.03) and took the quiz. It is due tomorrow by 11:59 pm.
12/16 - The students finished the Great War assignment on Canvas.
12/17 - The students reviewed the questions that will be on the assessment tomorrow. The questions are located on Microsoft Teams on the Posts page.
12/18 - The students took the Unit 4 Assessment.
1/4 - The students started the Isolationism Module on Canvas (04.01).
1/5 - The students continued working on the Isolationism Module (04.01) on Canvas.
1/6 - The students started working on the Roaring Twenties module (04.02) on Canvas
1/7 - The students continued working on the Roaring Twenties Module (04.02) on Canvas
1/8 - The students begain the 1920s Comparisons assignment that is posted on Teams.
1/11 - Today is a make-up work day. Reminder: All assignments have a two week cut off and you lose up to 10 points a day for every day it is late.
1/12 - The students read Module 04.03, Cultural Changes in the 1920s, on Canvas in preparation for analysis of primary sources tomorrow.
1/13 - The students analyzed primary sources dealing with the 1920s. The primary sources are located below. The students are to analyze the primary sources by answering the guiding questions that accompany each source. They are to type the answers in a word document, or write them and take a picture, and then upload them to the assignment that is created on teams.
